With all the votes cast, speeches delivered, and anticipation building, the finish line of  this year’s TeenPact National Convention election race is clearly in sight. Candidates have poured time, heart, and prayer into their campaigns, demonstrating drive and excellence.

In yesterday's events, representative and senatorial candidates participated in general open forums where they advocated for themselves and shared their messages all with the desire to represent and serve the TeenPact Nation on the 2025-2026 Administration.

Late yesterday evening, Evan Duncan, representative Micah Carr, and vice president Joseph Jackson took the stage to address the Teenpact nation. During the debate the candidates answered rigorous questions and defended their respective policy stances. It most certainly gave voters much to contemplate as they hit the polls immediately after to cast their vote for next year’s administration.

We are nearing the end of an incredible elections process this year at national convention. Candidates stepped in profound ways to lead their peers, truly embodying 1 Timothy 4:12, “Let no man despise thy youth but be thou an example of the believers in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.” As these candidates ran their campaigns, voters were impacted, and the Lord was glorified.

The People’s Perspective:

Following the debate, voters were interviewed by TPN reporters and were asked what their favorite elements of the election process were. Here is what some of the voters had to say:

“NatCon has been absolutely incredible. I am truly speechless. I have been so inspired and enthralled by every individual who ran. The confidence displayed, stage presence, and genuine passion and heart behind their cases is such an incredible thing that is such a gift from the Lord.”
Chloe Maceno, MI

“I have enjoyed watching the incredible candidates stand up for their party and seeing the responses of these amazing candidates.”
Micah Southerland, NV

The excitement for the TPN election returns segment continues to heighten. Here is what  Christianna White, a voter from TX is looking forward to:

“Friday night I’m really looking forward to seeing how the candidates support each other whether they win or lose. I’ve seen how hard they all work and their love for Christ and each other. I’m anxiously awaiting the results of all their hard work and dedication!”
Christianna White, TX

In the next 12 hours, the TeenPact Nation will know the individuals who will make up the 2025-2026 administration. During this time, candidates and voters alike wait with anticipation to see who will represent them. Tonight, the general election will return as results for the representative, senatorial, and presidential races will start to trickle in throughout the night.

A note from your TPN reporters:

No matter what the votes may say
Jehovah has the final say

It has been a whirlwind of events for this year’s election cycle, as post primary elections and voting, over 80% of candidates have been eliminated from their quest for federal elected office within TeenPact.

Yesterday evening, AnnaCatherine Hamett, Gianna Wilson, and Joy Southerland took the stage for the vice presidential debate. Here’s what some voters said about the debate:

“The candidates displayed excellence in their speeches and showed incredible maturity in the way they stood up for the truth. I was especially struck by Gianna Wilson's deep passion for her message and for the people around her.”
Kitty Kammerzell, Georgia

“AnnaCatherine Hammett did an excellent job and presented a very strong case in the way she displayed her leadership and public speaking ability. I also appreciated representative Joy Southerland’s performance, as she did a phenomenal job with being professional, particularly regarding her onstage presence.”
David Moore, North Carolina

Later today, we will hear from the 27 representative and 12 senatorial candidates who made their way out of party primaries. TPN urges voters to be attentive and take notes during open forums. Steward your vote wisely and choose candidates who will represent the TeenPact Nation with professionalism, servanthood, and Christ-like character.

This evening, the Presidential debate will unfold. Tonight's presidential debate could shape the outcome of the election, as many believe the winner will gain a crucial edge. Here's what voters say they’re watching for.

Voters are looking for candidates who truly listen to the other side’s arguments and respond accordingly, showing comprehension and care instead of simply continuing to argue their own message, and arguing one-sidedly.
– Sarah Schiller, MD

As a voter looking towards debates, I am concerned about clarity in both the message of the candidates and their stance on the role of the judiciary branch.
– Ryan Parks, TN

We are entering a pivotal point in the week where candidates are now seeking to attain the loyalty of voters not just from the party they’ve run in, but also from the remaining two parties as well. Candidates being able to build upon both their pre-event campaigning, as well as the momentum gathered during primary open forums will be crucial.

Stay tuned for pertinent updates on both open forum and debate performances from these candidates as we look forward with anticipation for what is to come.

The race has begun! Yesterday, 58 representatives and 27 senators participated in primary open forums in the perseverance, vision, and compassion parties to present their campaigns, share their messages, and earn the vote of those in their party. Each of these individual candidates have been active in their campaigning, stewarding the time they’ve been given to personally connect with voters.

Yesterday, following the representative and senatorial primary open forums, TPN reporters spent some time interviewing student voters. Voters debriefed the representative and senatorial primaries and shared which candidates left a mark on their memory.

“Peter Channel, running for rep, spoke with great confidence and had an amazing message. A senatorial candidate, a ride-in named Jeremiah, was very funny and has my vote.”
Missourian Ella Bruening from the Compassion Party

“The spiritual maturity demonstrated by several of the candidates was most admirable—in particular, Tayva Upgren and Anna Reynolds, who spoke with eloquence and clarity. I was quite impressed by Zechariah Smith, who simultaneously communicated in a relational manner while also exuding confidence on stage. In the senatorial primary, Sofia Rybikn exemplified the peace of confidence that testified to her strength in the Lord.”
Vision Party’s Daniel Robar (Vermont)

“Abby Hall was an incredibly strong public speaker who consistently exhibited spiritual maturity in the open forums. She encouraged voters to ask her about her testimony and shared the heart behind her campaign. A notable quote from Abby: ‘Being a leader looks like being a servant.’”

It is a crucial time in the week for both candidates and voters, as the primary polls will open this afternoon and the voice of the people will be heard.

Voters, this election is in your hands.

A Candidate’s Comment

Current Representative and presidential candidate Brody Morgan encouraged voters to “consider the character of the candidates. It’s not just about who does best in debates and onstage performance, but who can represent Teenpact well.”

Representative Evan Wright stated, “The best way to get to know the candidates and figure out who to vote for is to get to know them personally outside of the official election process. Have meals with them, go to election halls, talk to them, and see who they actually are.”
