Gillian Tull

Slogan: People Hurt

Hello, hello! For those who don’t know me, my name is Gillian Tull. I am from New Mexico, the Land of Enchantment.

Here are some fun facts about me!

  • I love all outdoor activities. Any and every season, I am up to explore the beautiful landscapes.

  • I have been skiing since I was two, so I knew how to ski before I could tie my shoes!

  • This is my 7th year being a part of TeenPact.

  • Chocolate milk and quesadillas are my comfort foods.

  • I was a nationally ranked fighter.

  • I have been rollerblading twice, and I broke an arm both times.

  • I once spent the summer on an island in Alaska.

  • And, I am so, so excited to meet you all!

This is an issue the Lord has put on my heart, and He has allowed me to share it with you all. Again, if you have any questions please feel free to reach out, and I would love to answer them!

The phrase “Church Hurt” has become prominent in our society, but we have to change this phrase to “People Hurt.” If someone in a sport hurts us, we don’t turn away from the sport and everyone associated with it. Yet, this is happening in our churches. Christians combat this separation by remembering Ephesians 4:3. This verse says, “endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.” We must fight to keep this unity by putting God at the forefront of our relationships. The context of this verse also shows the Oneness of God, and how we should have this oneness in the Church. This can only be accomplished through communication, showing the sound wave. So with that let us show others not to give up on Christ because of hurtful Christians. We know “People Hurt” and need to heal this wound in our communities.
